Pre-launch privacy notice

Application privacy and launch status

Secure submission is disabled by default until the owner completes legal, security, infrastructure, backup, and recovery review.

How preview mode handles information

  • Application data is held only in browser memory while the page remains open.
  • It is not transmitted to or stored by Thrifty Mortgages.
  • It is not placed in localStorage, sessionStorage, or application cookies.
  • Refreshing or leaving clears the draft.
  • No financial or application answers are sent to analytics.

If secure online submission is enabled

The form will clearly change from Preview to Secure application. Submitted information will travel over HTTPS, be stored in encrypted form in a local PostgreSQL database on Thrifty Mortgages controlled infrastructure, and be reviewable only by an active administrator using a password and authenticator code.

A notification may be sent through the configured email provider after a successful save. It contains only the application reference, applicant name, email, phone, purpose, submitted time, and a protected admin link. It does not contain the full application or financial values. The database remains the source of truth if notification fails.

Information still requiring owner and legal review

Before activation, this notice must state the verified legal entity and brokerage relationship, privacy contact, retention and deletion periods, access/correction/deletion-request process, regulatory disclosures, and any cross-border processing by the selected email provider. Those facts are intentionally not guessed here.

Do not enable public submission until that review, infrastructure hardening, encrypted backups, and a restore test are complete.
